前言

之前就有買過EBAZ4205控制板當開發板使,但是那塊板子怎么說都是個四層板的丐板,板子還被抄了,立創0元打個板也一樣能用。上面的內存還是雜牌的128M 16bit位寬內存,就連SD卡槽都沒焊上去。改個啟動方式還要挪0402的電阻,就連網口還是100M的而且占用的是PL端的IO,屬實是不容易。雖然買的是塊淘汰的板子,但是我還是有點最求,起碼希望它不要那么丐。

于是在咸魚上看到了T9+這塊控制板,直接解決了我在EBAZ4205上面的大部分痛點,可以說是我對EBAZ4205改動的地方了。先上大圖!

一、硬件細節

  • 這次購買的板子總體比較舊,應該有長時間使用的跡象,板子上有的地方的灰比較大。同時可能長時間工作在潮濕環境中,板子上許多原件已經受潮,腐蝕的比較嚴重。比如下圖的電感,及其周邊電容的引腳,包括有些焊盤都是明顯的銹蝕。

  • 但是整板的質量比EBAZ4205要好得多,不管是布線還是字符的印刷。板子沒有層數標注,推測應該是4層板,但是不排除6層的可能性,主要是因為部分布線不可見。電路板頂層還畫了均流塊(Copper Thieving)如下圖,也稱平衡銅、電鍍塊,指添加在多層PCB外層圖形區、PCB裝配輔條和制造面板輔條區域的銅平衡塊。其作用是在電鍍的過程中把電鍍電流從銅箔密集區奪過來,讓電流分布更平均,也就是避免成品銅厚的不均勻。 可以說是有做類似于阻抗控制一類的工作,還是不錯的。
  • 電源部分使用了5顆德儀的TLV62130,3-17V輸入 3A 降壓型DCDC,用于產生1V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V。沒什么好說的,算是中規中矩的配置。內存方面倒是加了TPS51200,用于 DDR3、DDR3L 的 VTTREF 緩沖基準的 3A 灌電流/拉電流 DDR 終端穩壓器,這玩意在EBAZ4205上就沒焊!也是我抱怨的重點,而且這芯片沒焊也就算了,在抄板的電路圖上標了個14腳的芯片,人家明明是11腳的芯片,就是地焊盤長得奇怪了些,不至于這樣吧,反正當時有點無語。
    PS:這貨是用的DDR3L,怎么出1.5V電壓(撓頭)
  • 網卡部分是使用了Broadcom 的 B50612E,由于實在是找不到資料,所以無法評價。但是比EBAZ4205的百兆要強太多了。
  • 儲存方面,用的是兩顆鎂光的DDR3L,一共512M的內存,可以說是相當夠用了。

  • NAND用的也是鎂光,但是這商家拿東西給我貼上了,看不到型號,很生氣。
  • 其他接口方面,留了一個標準14Pin的JTAG,和一堆跳線用來更改啟動方式,這個特別好

  • 二、原始固件LOG

    原始固件看起來也是基于linux的,不過固件開發版本確實太老了。有興趣的可以自行觀看,暫時不做講解了
