error: out/target/product/sh7218t/boot.img too large (3604480 > [3784704 - 270336])

查看手機(jī)上的/proc/mtd，并根據(jù)該文件上的size修改<work folder>/device/sharp/sh7218t/BoardConfig.mk中的各個PARTITION_SIZE

unpackbootimg not found. Is your android build environment set up and have the host tools been built?

使用命令(需要是絕對路徑)

export PATH=$PATH:<work folder>/out/host/linux-x86/bin/
