1、跳過tcp/ip協議通信：

然后重啟服務

2、測試連接：

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql -u root -p

Enter password:

ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

可以看出連接mysql失敗，那么我們沒有了tcp/ip協議我們在本地如何連接呢？

3、通過參數--protocol=pipe：

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql --protocol=pipe -u root -

Enter password:

ERROR 2017 (HY000): Can't open named pipe to host: . ?pipe: MySQL (2)

可以看出連接失敗了！

那么我們試試添加：enable-named-pipe

如：

[mysqld]

port=3306

skip-networking

enable-named-pipe?

4、然后登陸：

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>mysql --protocol=pipe -u root -p

mysql 端口監聽問題

mysql 啟動了，用 localhost 可以連接，但是用 127.0.0.1 不能連接。可能的原因是
① mysql為了增強安全性而跳過了端口監聽，查看方法：
用mysql> SHOW VARIABLES;或者 mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'skip_networking';?
查看skip_networking，如果skip_networking=ON ，則到my.ini 中將 skip_networking 注釋掉；
② 如果顯示的是 OFF 則可能是綁定了監聽 IP ，在設置文件中查找 bind_address ,如果有的話將其改為 bind_address= 0.0.0.0
③ 可能是權限問題，這個就上網找吧。。。
