Assuming your iPhone or iPad still functional (or you’ve got a spare), you can make an Apple Store appointment right from your device.

Although this option saves you a trip to the Apple Store, keep in mind, repairs may take up to five business days. Just remember to back up and wipe your device before shipping it to Apple.
