非常抱歉，今天凌晨博客站點負(fù)載均衡中所有3臺服務(wù)器的IIS應(yīng)用程序池突然停止工作，造成 1:20-7:45 左右博客站點無法正常訪問，由此給您帶來很大的麻煩，請您諒解。

服務(wù)器操作系統(tǒng)是 Windows Server 2016，對應(yīng)的 IIS 錯誤日志如下：

A process serving application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '692'. The data field contains the error number.

Application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

這樣的 IIS 應(yīng)用程序池突然停止問題之前幾年才偶爾在某臺服務(wù)器出現(xiàn)1次，沒想到今天3臺服務(wù)器同時出現(xiàn)，而且是在凌晨負(fù)載非常低的時候。。。

對于這次突發(fā)故障的原因，我們目前毫無進一步的線索；在這次故障的應(yīng)急處理中，我們在運維工作上存在問題，我們會吸取教訓(xùn)，加以改進。
