劍橋詞典解釋分別為：

Debt [C or U ] n.
something, especially money, which is owed to someone else, or the state of owing something
借款，欠款；債務
He ran/got into debt (= borrowed money) after he lost his job.
他失業后開始舉債。
Debit [C or U ] n.
(a record of) money taken out of a bank account
借項；借記
Debits are shown in the left-hand column.
借方記錄展示在左邊一欄里。
因此，在銀行對賬單中借/貸這一項，經常簡翻成C/D，其中C指的是credit，D指的就是debit；而在房屋類合同中，抵押條款中經常能夠見到債務糾紛這樣的內容，翻譯出來就是debt dispute。

此處做一個拓展，credit能夠作為這兩個詞的反義詞，但是在碰到貸方金額的時候，用的是credited amount，而credit amount表示的是信貸額度。

以及一個比較全面的解釋

Debit就是東西是你的.你所有.

Credit 就是你欠別人的!

Assests-Liabilities=OE(Capital)

意思就是說..你持有的錢---你欠人的錢=你的財產!?

然后Assests分2種Current and non-current??

current 比較常見的是cash account reciveable??

Non-current 類似桌子啊..椅子啊.房屋啊..這些!

一般區別就是看時間! Accounting period 一半按照1年算!

Liabilities也分current and non-current

non-current 什么超出1年的Loan啊.
