2.Maintaining the same look and feel allows customer to feel comfortable installing your product with InstallShield. The InstallShield name ensures consistency between installations and creates a better experience for all Windows users.
3.Companies, such as Microsoft, Symantec, IBM and thousands of others, ship their application with InstallShield Wizard and have not changed the InstallShield text on the dialogs. Although customers are comfortable with products from these large companies, the added level of trust the InstallShield name provides adds value to the overall customer experience.
4.InstallShield spends enormous amounts of resources supporting users that encounter installation issues with the platform they are using, and we feel that the InstallShield text is important to allow users to recognize InstallShield and send us feedback regarding platform issues that they may encounter.

Therefore, in order to provide the best value to our customers, we suggest that the InstallShield text should not be removed from the startup message or the Wizard dialogs.
