inteldpdk(Intel? Data Plane Development Kit)? 是intel開發的一個關于網絡數據包處理轉發的套件。官網:http://dpdk.org


1、系統環境要求

1)intel網卡

$lspci |grep Ethernet??? //查看網卡,配置2張網卡

2)CPU核數

$cat /proc/cpuinfo???? //查看系統有多少個cpu,支持多少硬件線程,配置2個

3)系統內存

$cat /proc/meminfo?? //系統內存支持hugepage技術

4)查看hpet

$grep hpet/proc/timer_list?? //需支持hpet

如無顯示,需設置BIOS:Advanced -> PCH-IO Configuration -> High Precision Timer ->(Change from Disabled to Enabled if necessary)

Virtualbox上虛擬機Ubuntu如何設置BIOS?

5)系統內核

$uname –a?? //虛擬機 Ubunut(主機名c) GNU/Linux x86_64

//4.2.0-16.generic(要求Kernelversion >= 2.6.34,支持hugepage)

// Kernel需支持UIO、HUGETLBFS、PROC_PAGE_MONITOR

6)組件庫

$gcc –verison?? //要求gcc4.5.x以上,本機gcc5.2.1;

$sudo apt-get installglibc++

$ldd –version? //要求glibc >= 2.7?,本機2.2.1

如何編譯安裝glibc(下載地址:http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glibc/)升級?

$sudo apt-get install libpcap-dev?? //安裝pcap

若要使用libpcap驅動分析,修改配置文件:$sudo gedit config/common_linuxapp

?????? CONFIG_RTE_LIBRTE_PMD_PCAP=n 修改為:CONFIG_RTE_LIBRTE_PMD_PCAP=y

$sudo apt-get installpython? //安裝python

$sudo apt-get installpython-dev

2、DPDK編譯安裝

1)GIT下載

?$sudo apt-get install git? //安裝git下載

?$git clone git://dpdk.org/dpdk? //git到/home/c/dpdk目錄

配置環境變量:$sudo gedit/etc/profile

export? RTE_SDK=/home/c/dpdk

export? RTE_TARGET= x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc

2)腳本安裝:

$cd dpdk

$./tools/setup.sh???

//step1:14 ?x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc

? RTE_SDK=/home/c/dpdk

? RTE_TARGET= x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc

//step2:17Insert IGB UIO module

//step3:20Setup hugepage mappings for non-NUMA systems?輸入64或128

//step4:23Bind Ethernet device to IGB UIO module

提前關閉網卡:$ifconfig enp0s8 down?//enp0s8網卡接口名,地址00.08.0

查看PCI地址;$lspci?? //找網卡地址

輸入PCI地址:00.08.0

//step5:22Display current Ethernet device settings

//step6:26Run test application($RTE_TARGET/app/test)

輸入bitmask:0x3?

設置CPU的掩碼,根據CPU的個數來設置,比如如果只有2個cpu,按照16進制掩碼就選擇 0x3

提示HPET不可用,需要BIOS設置。

3)手動安裝:

——編譯

$makeinstall T=x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc

——配置大頁內存(非NUMA)

$echo 128> /sys/kernel/mm/hugepages/hugepages-2048kB/nr_hugepages

$mkdir/mnt/huge

$mount -thugetlbfs nodev /mnt/huge

$cat/proc/meminfo | grep Huge?? //查看大頁內存狀態

——安裝igb_uio驅動

$modprobeuio

$insmodx86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/kmod/igb_uio.ko

——綁定網卡

$./tools/dpdk_nic_bind.py--status

$ ./tools/dpdk_nic_bind.py -b igb_uio 00.03.0? //網卡1的PCI地址,可用eth1接口名

$./tools/dpdk_nic_bind.py-b igb_uio 00.08.0?? //網卡2的PCI地址,可用eth2接口名

——運行testpmd測試程序

$ ./x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/app/testpmd -c 0x3 -n 2 -- -i

4)運行示例

$cdexamples/helloworld

$make

$./build/helloworld-c 0xf -n 2

參數解釋:c代表用幾個core, 采用bit位設置,如 f 代碼 二進制?1111 相當于 從0到3這4個core都采用;n 表示設置內存的通道數。
