No！No！No！為了爭取我們的dream school，我們需要執筆準備我們的argue信（中文理解就是回駁信）/Love Letter了！而一封邏輯清晰、語句表達到位的argue信，是可以為申請者的申請帶來錦上添花，抑或是扭轉乾坤的效果。

具體如何？下面就由小編和小伙伴們說說argue信的那些事兒吧！

一、Argue信的目的：
這個世界沒有那么絕對、沒有那么標準化，很多事情是可以談的，而對人的考察和篩選，中西方的差異是很大的。國內經常就是用標準化的考試一考定勝負，沒有太多余地；然而國外的學校申請綜合考量的因素相當多，也從來不會直接按照標化成績從高到低錄取——這恰恰體現了西方文化這種靈活度。因此，Argue letter的實質就是陳述理由想辦法讓學校改變主意，雖然具體問題要具體分析，但總是逃不過“曉之以理、動之以情”八個字。

此外，Argue是一種態度，是向校方展示一種不服輸，堅韌不拔的態度，也是在向校方展示我很青睞你們學校，這種絕境求生的態度是很令人欣賞的。一般來說，學校也會在眾多Argue信中篩選出對學校真正感興趣的學生，這可以說是有些學校招生的套路了。

二、Argue信注意事項：

• 不宜過長：一般是300-400字，如果覺得這點字數不夠，那至少也應控制在500字以內，切忌不要寫成personal statement了，PS和CV中有的信息不要大段大段地重復，盡量提供新的論據；
• 態度謙虛但不謙卑，言辭懇切：Argue信需要寫得有禮貌，畢竟是你有求于人，用could you/may I / I appreciate這種語氣會比用please,can you 要顯得禮貌得多，也更符合正式書信的寫作風格。但也不需要過于謙卑，因為文化不同，過于謙卑的表達會讓對方覺得你不夠自信，而自信是你寫argue信的底氣和出發點所在。
• 做到有理有據：觀點+論據的論證方式才會使得你的argue信看起來有理有據，所以寫argue信切忌光提論點、而沒有充分理由支持。那么怎樣的論據能讓你的觀點看起來底氣十足呢？首先，注意多引用一些客觀的事實和案例。甩一些學校的官網鏈接也同樣適用，甚至會讓學校覺得你做過一定的research，從而增加印象分。
• 附上相關文件：可以附上能夠證明你qualified的證書證明、essay、written work作為補充，讓學校看到你更多的閃光點。

三、一封規范的argue信包含了幾個方面的細節？

Greeting from XX (Application No.：XXX, who has applied for your XXX for fall 2019. I have submitted my application before the first round deadline (10 November, 2019) and I still did not receive your feedback. I totally understand that your esteemed program is very competitive, attracting many excellent students from all over the world.
