  If you cannot see the Teams calendar, when it is your turn, you can use the ‘Meet now’ button to create a meeting and call the other attendees into it, otherwise follow the steps below.

Before the lesson, please create a 15-minute scheduled meeting in your own Teams calendar inviting the people in the list above, the meeting title should be your own name. To schedule a meeting:

In Teams, click Calendar on the left side of the Teams window.
Select New meeting, Schedule Meeting at the top right of the screen
Namethemeetingwithyourfirst name (so we can see who owns which meeting) with a 15-minute duration.
Addthepeopleinthegroupandclick Send, an appointment is placed in their Teams calendar.
On the day, in turns, each person will start their meeting, everyone else in the group will join. The meeting organiser will create 2 breakout rooms and will start the rooms.
In the breakout room, one of the participants will click the share screen icon and
open the whiteboard, everyone should sign it.

? The organiser will join the first room by clicking more options . . . next to the room name, then Join room. Then Return to the main meeting and join the second room.
? The organiser will leave the room and will send an announcement to say that the room is ending shortly. All rooms receive the message.
? The announcement is displayed in the Meeting chat. Open the chat panel to view.
? The organiser will Close rooms.
? You will all need to leave this meeting, Resume the original course meeting.
? The next person in the group will create and start the next meeting.
? Everyone else should return to their own Teams calendar and join the
next person’s meeting.
Good to know!
? The meeting organiser can delegate the management to create rooms to another presenter, but they must be using the desktop app.
? After the event, any chats, recordings, transcripts, files and whiteboard shared are accessed from the Meeting chat.
? The Whiteboard cannot be recorded, but it can be shared and viewed later or a png file can be saved.
