Windows下MetaMap工具安裝

一、Main MetaMap安裝

Prerequisties

• 12G磁盤空間
• JAVA6 or newer JRE or SDK installed

Downloading

　　The distribution is available at the MetaMap Main Download Page URL: http://metamap.nlm.nih.gov/MainDownload.shtml

圖形安裝

　　雙擊public_mm目錄下的“Install MetaMap.bat”，根據(jù)提示提供安裝路徑和java的安裝路徑即可。

cmd命令行安裝

　　執(zhí)行bin中的install.bat即可

二、MetaMap java API安裝

　　安裝MetaMap java API之前需要先安裝Main?MetaMap。

Downloading

　　http://metamap.nlm.nih.gov/JavaApi.shtml?

Installing

• 　　解壓下載的包，例如public_mm_win32_javaapi_2014.rar
• 　　將解壓后public_mm下的文件拷貝到原來安裝的main MetaMap的public_mm中，復(fù)制和替換。
• 　　使用命令行重新安裝bin中的install.bat即可

三、使用MetaMap server

　　在調(diào)用MetaMap java API時，根據(jù)使用需求需要運行其服務(wù)，一般的需運行兩個：

• Starting supporting servers：在命令行下運行bin\skrmedpostctl_start
• Runing the MetaMap server: 在命名行下運行bin\mmserver{2-digit-year}.bat

　　接下來調(diào)用api即可
