Aiming at the testing requirement of resolver-to-digital converter and the dissatisfactory of the present testing methods and devices,an easily expansible hardware testing platform and self test platform based on PXI is designed.After analyzing and researching on the character of self test data and system error,an error compensation method is designed,which reduce the system error and improve the test accuracy.The system provided with test function and self test function.The system has been put into practice.It is indicates that the system could satisfy the testing requirements,and it has the characteristics of high accuracy,reliable performance and being easily extended.
