Guess what. I tried switching off the vita devkit and back on again, it didn`t work, but as soon as I unplugged it and removed the usb for a mere 30 seconds before re-connecting and tested it again, it worked like a dream.

【when building Pkg, then Unity stop to response】: Reinstall Unity, Clear the System Eviroment, especilly Memory Size should be enough, Reset Windows.
