下載nltk的數據包
1,導入nltk包 ： import nltk
2,調用download() ：nltk.download()
3,在交互界面輸入l 可以查看包含的數據的list：l
4,輸入： d
再輸入對應的包名：book
5,下載完畢之后，輸入q推出下載模式
6，然后輸入：from nltk.book import *
檢證是否下載成功
