在網(wǎng)上找了很多方法無法解決

偶然看到一篇帖子

可以清除DNS 執(zhí)行命令 ipconfig /flushdns

如果報錯

無法將“ipconfig/flushdns”項識別為 cmdlet、函數(shù)、腳本文件或可運行程序的名稱。

那就是ipconfig 后面要加個空格不是和/連載一起

然后執(zhí)行
npm install --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org
