Oracle Bone Inscriptions

甲骨文，中國的一種古老文字，是目前我們能見到的最早的成熟漢字，主要指中國商朝晚期王室用于占卜記事而在龜甲或獸骨上契刻的文字，是中國及東亞已知最早的成體系的商代文字的一種載體。2017年11月，甲骨文順利通過聯合國教科文組織世界記憶工程國際咨詢委員會的評審，成功入選《世界記憶名錄》。

Jiaguwen, or oracle bone inscriptions, are an ancient Chinese language named for their inscriptions on tortoise shells and animal bones. They are a primitive form of Chinese characters and the oldest fully-developed characters in China. Ancient oracle bone inscriptions became the 13th Chinese documentary heritage inscribed on the UNESCO Memory of the World Register in November 2017.
