一、 實(shí)現(xiàn)文件預(yù)覽

??????需要安裝插件。

??????如果是Mac系統(tǒng)，安裝完這個插件之后按下空格就可以用了。如果是Windows系統(tǒng)，還需要安裝QuickLook這個軟件。
??????先運(yùn)行QuickLook，在zotero中選擇相應(yīng)的文件，然后按下空格進(jìn)行預(yù)覽，再按下空格可以取消預(yù)覽。
??????首次使用可能會延遲幾秒鐘，但是之后速度就會非?？?#xff0c;幾乎沒有延遲。

二、再介紹幾個插件

2.1 ZotFile

??????插件在上述百度云鏈接中。

2.1.1 重命名文件

??????zotero自動命名的格式看起來很丑，顯得很亂，對于愛整潔的人來說，簡直受不了。ZotFile可以幫助重命名文件，在工具里選擇ZotFile Preferences。

??????我們先指定命名規(guī)則，這三個分別表示作者、年份、標(biāo)題。

??????我一般只保留論文的標(biāo)題。

??????現(xiàn)在我們來試一下，選擇多篇文獻(xiàn)，右鍵找到重命名。

2.1.2 抓取文獻(xiàn)中的筆記

??????ZotFile還可以抓取文獻(xiàn)中的筆記，比如在論文中的勾畫和批注。
??????我們在zotero中選擇一篇文獻(xiàn)打開，隨便畫幾句。

??????然后右鍵選擇提取注釋。

2.1.3 在平板和電腦之間進(jìn)行文件傳輸

??????Zotfile還可以在平板和電腦之間進(jìn)行文件傳輸，看這個描述，它可以將pdf發(fā)送給平板，你用平板閱讀做完筆記之后，它可以將這篇文獻(xiàn)拿回來，提取中間的筆記，保存在Zotero中。

2.2 查看被引用次數(shù)的三個插件

??????插件對比見下圖(該圖來自知乎)。

2.2.1 Zotero Citation Counts Manager

2.2.2 Zotero MAS Metadata

2.2.3 Zotero Scholar Citation

??????它可以從谷歌學(xué)術(shù)當(dāng)中提取文獻(xiàn)的引用次數(shù)。
??????點(diǎn)擊Update citations。

??????然后在文件欄，右上角選擇要顯示的信息，選擇其他，這樣就可以了。

??????有些論文提取失敗，可以第二天再試。

??????我們可以根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)的引用次數(shù)，大致判斷這篇文章的優(yōu)劣。

2.3 zotero-fullcreator

2.3.1 插件說明

??????該插件可以提供完整的作者名字，效果如下圖所示。

2.3.2 插件下載與安裝

??????該插件下載地址鏈接，注意只需要把.xpi文件放到zotero目錄下，然后安裝就可以了。

2.4.2 快捷鍵的配置

??????工具–Zutilo首選項(xiàng)–快捷鍵列表

快速隱藏或顯示左右兩側(cè)欄目

??????按照下圖進(jìn)行快捷鍵設(shè)置。其中，ctrl+1快速隱藏或顯示左側(cè)欄目，ctrl+2快速隱藏或顯示右側(cè)欄目。

切換條目窗格

??????按照下圖進(jìn)行快捷鍵設(shè)置，其中ctrl+3代表從左向右切換，ctrl+4代表從右向左切換。

快速打開附件所在文件夾

三、同步的幾種方法

3.1 堅(jiān)果云

??????有兩種同步方法，一個簡單的，一個麻煩的。我先說一下zotero同步是什么意思，一個是數(shù)據(jù)同步，一個是文件同步，數(shù)據(jù)包括信息條目、筆記、標(biāo)簽、鏈接等等，這些只能同步在Zotero里面，但這個是免費(fèi)無限制的，你想加多少就加多少。真正占空間的是文件同步，文件包括PDF、音頻、視頻等等，這些文件你可以選擇同步在Zotero網(wǎng)盤里。

??????也可以選擇其他網(wǎng)盤，目前國內(nèi)支持的WebDAV接入的網(wǎng)盤似乎只有堅(jiān)果云。

??????具體的操作堅(jiān)果云里面有保姆級的教程，在這里就不啰嗦了。

??????這樣就可以不受儲存空間的限制，但是呢，條目信息和附件就被分開了。另外一個簡單暴力的方法就是用堅(jiān)果云直接同步整個數(shù)據(jù)文件夾，還記得這個文件儲存夾么，這個是Zotero在本地的儲存位置，你可以下載一個堅(jiān)果云客戶端，然后右鍵把它變成一個同步文件夾，這里面的任何修改都會自動進(jìn)行同步。這樣的好處呢就是條目信息和附件是在一起的，不用分開。

??????用這種同步方法，那也就用不著Zotero的賬號了。

四、 Zotero與Connected Papers

4.1 Connected Papers

??????在搜索欄輸入文章題目或者DOI(支持英文文獻(xiàn))。

??????1、顏色越深，代表發(fā)表年份越近；
??????2、半徑越大，代表引用次數(shù)越高；
??????3、與Origin Paper距離越近，連接線越粗，代表關(guān)聯(lián)性越大；
??????4、來龍Prior works（之前的相關(guān)研究），去脈Derivative works(之后的相關(guān)研究)

4.2 與Zotero的結(jié)合

??????編輯–首選項(xiàng)–高級–文件和文件夾，點(diǎn)擊打開數(shù)據(jù)文件夾。

??????找到locate文件夾下的engines.json文件。

??????將下述代碼添加到該文件夾中(代碼來自青檸學(xué)術(shù))。
