按照錯誤消息搜索了很久，只在網上搜索到有一個人和我有類似的錯誤：

但沒有線索。

后來查閱 SAP Spartacus 4.0 安裝文檔，發現是我本地 Angular CLI 版本太低的緣故。將 Angular CLI 升級到 12.0.5 以后的版本之后，錯誤消失：
