google發現，因為我現有的CloudFoundry插件，其提供的命令和即將安裝的插件出現沖突了，比如兩者都提供cf deploy命令。因此要先將已安裝的插件卸載。

Google找到卸載插件的做法：

cf uninstall-plugin MtaPlugin

卸載舊的插件之后，安裝成功。
