在IC inbox里搜索open狀態(tài)的Service Order:

傳到后臺(tái)的status ID是I1002:

但是在Service order detail頁面上看到的status key是E0002

如果用CRM_ORDER_READ把該service order的STATUS object讀取出來，發(fā)現(xiàn)E0002是維護(hù)在user profile CRMORDER里的。
