在Category assignment block里點Insert button添加一個空的category line時,

后臺會生成一個新的BOL entity并且call deactivate_sending方法。

這個方法會將bol entity的manager entry的sendable flag置為false。

這樣，盡管新創(chuàng)建的bol entity 維護(hù)在modified entities internal table里，但是不會被framework選擇出來加到result container里，

因此不會trigger到Genil layer的modify操作。
