問題一，啟動提示設置RUN_AS_USER=root

但是，設置export或 /etc/profile未生效。

直接在nexus腳本中

vi bin/nexus
前面添加一句：
export RUN_AS_USER=root

問題二，啟動提示JVM問題。
$ tail -f /path/to/nexus/logs/wrapper.log
wrapper | JVM exited while loading the application.
jvm 4 | wrapper | Unable to start JVM: No such file or directory (2)
wrapper | Reloading Wrapper configuration...
wrapper | Launching a JVM...
wrapper | Unable to start JVM: No such file or directory (2)

jvm 5 | wrapper | Unable to start JVM: No such file or directory (2)
wrapper | There were 5 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving up.

打開配置文件，看注釋，將java的絕對路徑添加進wrapper.java.command，注意大小寫
/bin/jsw/conf/wrapper.conf

# Set the JVM executable
# (modify this to absolute path if you need a Java that is not on the OS path)
#wrapper.java.command=java
wrapper.java.command=/opt/jdk1.7.0_79/bin/java
# The main class that JSW will execute within JVM
