sudo apt install redshift 或者 sudo apt install redshift-gtk 第二種方法安裝之后，會有一個燈泡提示

雖然網上教程說安裝redshift-gtk,但我試過之后，軟件打不開

配置文件

sudo gedit ~/.config/redshift.conf

剛開始的時候，我的隱藏文件.config目錄下沒有redshift.conf文件，運行以上的代碼就會自動創建，至于redshift.conf中設置什么內容，捜一下redshift如何配置就行了。
這里展示以下兩種方案（個人更喜歡第一種）：
