今天發(fā)現(xiàn)oracle 10g企業(yè)管理器無(wú)法打開(kāi)，于是google，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題解決了。本質(zhì)就是重新配置。步驟如下：

? <EM loc> is optional and can be used to operate on a different Oracle Home.
