The results show that the peat and vermiculite mixed 2:1 cutting substrates, somaclone rooting rate is higher, at 72%; IBA concentration of 100 mg/L, the seed took root seedlings grew better than other test concentration, concentration of IBA is 500 mg/L, the somaclone rooting rate than other trials of high concentration is 76.4%; Hydroponics blueberry somaclone can be induced to take root.
