A：please reset token in proficloud

2、the error message"The device token cloud not be reset" happened when you reset token in proficloud.

A: you shouldn't reset the token twice in short time, otherwise it will occur this error . Please reboot the plcnext .

3、it shows the below error message when you add device in proficloud

A : please connect xuchuansen@phoenixcontact.com.cn to help you register this device in backend.

4、it shows the "MQTT error" in wbm

A : (1) please click "reset token" in proficloud front-end.
This action :

• resets the internal identification token
• revokes the device certificate
• allows the device to request new credential for 10min

(2)After a restart of the device, it schould connect again.

5、PLCnext reset后固件回到了1.1.0.23版本，無法通過wbm在線升級(jí)了，如下

1） 使用WinSCP 工具將下載的固件安裝后得到raucb 文件，將該文件上傳至PLC 中，上傳路徑：/opt/plcnext/

?2） 使用Putty 工具遠(yuǎn)程登錄PLC，輸入系統(tǒng)密碼→輸入“sudo update-axcf2152”指令，首次使用會(huì)有警告，要求用戶權(quán)限，再次輸入密碼登錄即可執(zhí)行升級(jí)命令。

?正確輸入命令后，系統(tǒng)重啟，原/opt/plcnext目錄下的固件會(huì)被自動(dòng)刪除。整個(gè)升級(jí)過程大約
持續(xù)一分鐘。

?A: 你需要先將設(shè)備添加到某一個(gè)用戶的proficloud賬號(hào)中

9、您已經(jīng)預(yù)訂了package，但是在服務(wù)中卻看不到，如下圖

A：您看一下上圖的橢圓框中的設(shè)備類型如果是unknown，那么有可能是設(shè)備reset token出現(xiàn)了問題，您可以重啟PLCnext來解決該問題

10、如何關(guān)閉plcnext的utc自動(dòng)同步策略

vim?/etc/default/rcS 將utc=no

?11、Reboot PLCnext后外網(wǎng)的IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)不再可用，需要換一個(gè)外網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)IP才行

因?yàn)閘inux會(huì)按順序監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)口，當(dāng)?shù)谝粋€(gè)網(wǎng)口連接不上時(shí)，會(huì)重置所有的網(wǎng)口，因此要么將所有的網(wǎng)口都設(shè)置成外網(wǎng)的同一個(gè)IP，要么將第一個(gè)網(wǎng)口作為對(duì)外連接的網(wǎng)口?
